The part nobody shows you
What delete actually does
Deleting a lead removes that record. Deleting your account removes every table your data touches — the profile, the cards, the leads, the orders and the rest. That list is checked by a test against the live database, so it cannot quietly fall out of step with the promise on this page.
There is one door. A single function can delete an account, and it is the same one whether you do it from your dashboard or ask us to. Nothing else in the system can remove a person, which is why this page can tell you what happens with a straight face.
When you do it yourself, we do not keep a note of your email address to prove you left. When an administrator does it on your behalf, the opposite applies: the request has to carry a reason and it leaves a record of who did it and why. An erasure with nobody’s name on it is the kind that goes unexplained later.
Before you delete anything, you can take it all with you: profile, cards, leads and orders download as one JSON file from your dashboard, free, with no request form and no waiting.
