A person reads it. There are two of us and no ticket queue, so the reply comes from somebody who can actually change the thing you are asking about. Most messages are answered the same working day; we would rather not put a number on it than put one on it and miss it.
If you are asking about a printed item — cards, a counter stand, a banner, a board, a sign — the quote form is faster than this one. It asks the three things we would otherwise have to write back for: the size, the quantity, and where it is going. It takes about a minute and it comes back with a real number rather than a range.
If something has gone wrong with an order, reply to your order confirmation rather than starting here — the reference is already in it, which saves a round trip.
