Staff cards
One for each person on the stand. They tap it into a phone and the visitor has the whole profile, not a photo of a badge.
£24 each, posted free
Put the same live profile on your staff cards, the strut card on the table, the cards you hand out and the board by the door. Then look at which of them actually brought somebody back.
Posted free, 7–10 working days for cards. Printed items are quoted with delivery included in the number.

Sits where people already are, so the ones who do not want to talk can still take you away with them.

The paper card is not dead. A paper card with a live QR on it is a paper card that stays right after you move office.

Scannable from across the aisle - the code is proven in print to scan from 400 mm, so the person at the back of the queue can still take it with them.

Cards are posted free, 7–10 working days. Printed items and signage are made to order, so the delivery is priced with the job rather than guessed at — tell us what you need and you get a real number back.
The Design Studio makes the card, the strut card, the banner and the board from the same profile, so the stand looks like one thing rather than four suppliers.
Every artefact carries its own code. The profile behind them is the same, so nothing has to be kept in step by hand.
Contact-back means the visitor sends their details to you rather than you typing a badge into a spreadsheet at midnight. Export is a Pro feature; collecting is free and stays free.
The board that said the autumn show can say the spring one. Point the code somewhere else and the physical thing carries on working.
This is the bit a badge scanner cannot tell you. Every card, strut card, banner and board carries its own code, so a tap or a scan is recorded against that object and nothing else. Twenty boards can carry twenty codes at no extra cost.
After the show that is an ordinary question with an ordinary answer: the board by the entrance did the work, or it did not and the staff cards did. You can act on that next time instead of buying the same four things again out of habit.
It is not an event marketing platform, and there is no per-event licence. You buy the things once, the profile behind them is free and stays free, and lead capture is part of the free profile rather than a tier. If you want export, a webhook or integrations, that is Pro, and it is optional.
If you are running a stand next month and want the set priced, the quote form takes about a minute and a real person prices it. If you just want to turn up with a card that works, the card is £24 and there is nothing to renew.
A visitor taps a card or scans the board and sends their details back, so the follow-up list writes itself while the show is still on.
Anyone viewing your card can send their name and number straight back — no app, no account. Connections land in your dashboard.
